Behold a Lady

What does it mean to be a lady?
Respect, honor, love, honesty, dignity, modesty, purity...

The term is slowly edging its way out of society. Perhaps because it's gotten a prudish reputation, or perhaps because it's seems almost as if it's something that is unattainable. Girls think being a lady is too much. It's too much work. It's too much sacrifice. Why give up the pleasures of the world? Why set yourself apart when no one else is?
Why be a lady?
Respect for yourself.
Respect for others.
Love for Jesus Christ.

Transformation

We must transform ourselves to be ladies in Christ. This is a great verse to live by: "Put on then, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience. Bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other, as the Lord has forgiven you, so you must also forgive." - Colossians 3:12-13
